At the turn of 2024/2025, the Director of the Aeronautical Institute took over the FNPT II simulator from ELITE Simulation Solutions AG in Dübendorf, Switzerland.
This simulator is equipped with OEM Garmin GTN750 GPS equipment. It will provide students and interested parties at the Aviation Institute with a hands-on learning – experience in a highly realistic and immersive environment.
The simulator model features a three-channel curved visual system that offers a 180-degree field of view for enhanced situational awareness and realism in training. In addition, it boasts
two different aircraft instrument configurations that allow students to train in both single engine piston (SEP) and multi-engine piston (MEP) modes.
The simulator was successfully certified on 12.02.2025.
