12th of March 2015 in Ostrava airport was performed the maiden flight of new aircraft prototype VUT 081 Kondor .The project builds on the recently flew airplane VUT 051 Ray what flew six months ago. The aircraft is designed as a low-wing tandem two-tailed configuration and is mainly designed for surveillance flights. The aircraft was developed as a part of project TIP in cooperation with JIHLAVAN airplanes, RAMET and Air Jihlava – service in support of Ministry of Industry and Trade.
